Children and War UK provides vital psychological support to children affected by wars, disasters, and other traumatic events. Through scientifically backed Teaching Recovery Techniques (TRT), the charity helps children regain control over their thoughts and emotions, fostering resilience and recovery. By training caregivers, educators, and aid workers, they ensure these life-changing methods reach as many children as possible. Their work has supported young survivors of conflicts in Ukraine, the Grenfell fire, and earthquakes in Turkey.

To raise funds, we will be taking on the 100km Ride Reigate challenge on July 13, 2025. This scenic yet demanding route winds through Ashdown Forest, tackling Kidds Hill’s King & Queen of the Mountain Challenge before returning via Forest Row and Crawley Down. complete with refreshment stops, mechanical support, and a celebratory drink at the finish.
