In loving memory of my brother Mark and nephew Brandon, I will be aiming to complete 1,000,000 steps (avg 32,258 steps per day) in March 2023 for mental health registered charities Mind and Herefordshire Mind.

On 22nd March 2023 Mark would have been 42 years old. To commemorate his birthday, I will be walking 46 miles on the day (approx 90,000 of the target steps for the month) from Wombourne near Wolverhampton to our childhood and parents home in Hereford.

I’ve set a target of £500 and it would be amazing to reach this for each of these fantastic charities in memory of Mark and Brandon.
