Thanks for visiting my page and hopefully I can raise money for two charities, The Liver Trust in memory of my Dad and Asthma UK, a charity close to my chest (my lungs)... Out 8-9 hours a day with food breaks, for 10 days straight around hilly Wales. Starting 29/04, averaging 63 miles a day, highest point 520 metres. For someone who has only recently taken up cycling this is going to hurt and the training has been eventful with crashes, freezing temperatures and pains in places I didn't know existed. I've been warned saddle soreness is going to be an issue (groin and bum 👀😷😢) and my Asthma is also a concern but it will be worth it to raise money for charity.
