1 in 2 of us will be affected by cancer in our lifetime.

This is a fact we all know too well and through my journey into nursing and through the battles of my family members I have seen first hand the strength and willpower it takes to fight this awful disease. Now it’s time for me to do my part to help with the fight.

On December 2nd I will be donating my hair to the Little Princess Trust which provides wigs to children who have lost their hair. That night I am hosting a Christmas Charity Night in Gilmore’s Bar Kircubbin to support this charity and to support Cancer Research UK.

I know in this current economic status money is tight but any and all donations, no matter the amount, are all greatly appreciated and can go towards the great work that these two charities do.

So please donate what you can, and I hope to see as many people as possible out on Saturday 2nd December in Gilmore’s Bar Kircubbin for a great night of live music, raffle prizes and more!!
