I am taking part in the Thames Hospice Sunflower Walk. Whilst this walk may be a challenge for me, I know what a difference the money will make to those patients and families who are facing the most difficult of challenges.

💚 £25 could pay for an assisted bath helping a patient to relax

💚 £57 could pay for a bereavement call to support a family member

Every penny raised from the Sunflower walk will ensure that Thames Hospice can continue to provide compassionate care to those in the local community who need it now and in the future.
