At the start of this year, I faced the experience of miscarriage, a journey marked by emotional turmoil and self-doubt. Despite its commonality, the weight of it all left me feeling exhausted and questioning my worth.

I refuse to let miscarriage remain a taboo subject. It's time to normalise discussions around it and offer support to those who have experienced it.
