Instructors across the country will be hosting their own Fund-Ravers - turning up the music, lighting up the room, and dancing for a cause that means so much to so many. Every squat, every shimmy, every neon-lit moment is helping to make a real difference.

This one is especially close to our hearts. We’re doing it in honour of Sonique Smith - our incredible Master Trainer who brought so much energy, passion and joy to our community. Her spirit lives on in every class, every instructor, and every person she inspired.

At the same time, we know this isn’t just one story. Breast cancer has touched so many lives - friends, family, colleagues, and members of our own community. That’s why we’re coming together, stronger and louder than ever.
