Children's Mental Health Week is back 3-9th February 2025! To support its cause, we will be gifting our time to Cardinal Allen Catholic High School. Throughout a series of workshops, we will be empowering Year 7 to Know Yourself, Grow Yourself!

One in five children and young people now have a probable mental health condition. By taking part in Children’s Mental Health Week 2025, you can help us to ensure that children and young people across the UK feel listened to, and know that they’re not alone.
