Jack McDonald, Connor Maxwell, Craig Hunter, Sandy Hetherington and Kevin Kerr are doing a 250 mile coast to coast cycle over 3 days starting August 13th to raise money for The Ronald McDonald house Glasgow and The Leanne fund for cystic fibrosis.
The Ronald McDonald House Glasgow gave Nicole and Scott a place to stay with the stress and worry of travelling to and from glasgow everyday. Having the Ronald Mcdonald house allowed them to be close to Baby Mia at all times during her tough start in life.
Baby Mia was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis when she was just days old. Cystic fibrosis affects more than 10,900 people in UK. Living with cystic fibrosis impacts daily on the lives of sufferers and their families. Cystic fibrosis affects the lungs and digestive system of those living with the conditions. The Leanne fund is a charity that supports both those living with cystic fibrosis and their families. It aims to help those affected by cystic fibrosis through a range of social, practical, emotional and financial support.
