Raising money for Venture Scotland

Join the challenge. Move for mental health. Make your miles count.

Story

On Friday 5th September, a small team from Collective Architecture’s studio — alongside some of our cycling friends — will be taking on the epic 5 Ferries Cycle Challenge. It’s a scenic but demanding route, combining five ferry crossings with around 70 miles of cycling across some of Scotland’s most spectacular west coast landscapes.

We’re doing it not just for the adventure, but to raise funds for a cause that’s close to our hearts: Venture Scotland.

Venture Scotland works with young people across Scotland who are facing difficult life circumstances — including homelessness, mental health struggles, and addiction. Through their unique outdoor-based personal development programmes, they provide vital support and help young people build confidence, resilience, and a more hopeful future.

🙌 How You Can Get Involved

We’re inviting friends, colleagues, and supporters — not just from Collective, but anyone keen to join the cause — to support us in two ways:

Donate: Every donation will help Venture Scotland continue their life-changing work.

Join the Challenge: Fancy taking on the full route — or even just part of it? Whether you’re from Collective or a friend cheering us on, we’d love to ride with you. Just get in touch and we’ll add you to the email updates and planning group.

Thanks so much for your support — whether you're donating, joining us on the bike, or cheering from the sidelines. It means a lot, and it’ll mean even more to the young people Venture Scotland supports.

Big thanks

From Collective Architecture
