Many thanks for stopping by. In order to recognise Newchurch, Christ Croft and St.Oswalds, Winwick as ‘Dementia Friendly’ we felt it appropriate to support the Alzheimers Society who are paramount in transforming the landscape of dementia forever. We hope that those living with dementia will be able to attend church without fear and will feel comfortable.

In order to enable as many people from the community to take part we decided to organise our own memory walk locally. This will allow the local community to come together in order to appreciate the work carried out by the Alzheimers Society.

So please please find it in your hearts to donate as little or as much as you can for this fantastic charity, and why not join us on the walk in the village green in Culcheth, followed by refreshments in the Parish Hall afterwards

We will meet at the Parish Hall at 12.30 with a view to starting the walk at 1pm.
