In just 3 days from Wednesday 15th April to Friday 17th April, a team of construction workers are coming together to face one of our most favoured challenges - a big cross-country cycle, and this year it's a tough but doable 150-mile ride from Buckingham Palace to the Suffolk Coast - passing beautiful English countryside and big construction/sporting landmarks such as Lower Thames Crossing, Ipswich Football Stadium & Sizewell C!

With overnight stays, 40 to 60 miles-a-day rides, this endurance adventure will undoubtedly end with an incredible sense of achievement with many memories & laughs being made along the way, not to mention the support & awareness raised for mental health in construction, thus proving the bruised bodies totally worth it.
