Story

The main goal of Bright Ideas for Tennis is to encourage more people to play more tennis. Our fantastic sport has been medically proven to not only improve ones physical health, but also to aid and maintain ones mental well-being too.
Over the past 6 years, we pride ourselves on knowing that we have personally coached approximately 8000 players, have raised in excess of £600,000, and have provided a further 5000 hours of free community coaching schemes as a result.
Our Ability Tennis group at Cotham Park TC provides regular supported adapted tennis sessions tailored to the needs of the participants , with any long term health condition or any ability .It provides an opportunity for those who find it difficult to access mainstream tennis for whatever reason . Refurbishing our courts will help grow these sessions and broaden our participation and involve the community to a greater level.
