Raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support

The number of people diagnosed with cancer is growing, we're doing whatever it takes to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, whoever and wherever they are. To donate, volunteer, raise money or campaign with us, call 0300 1000 200 or visit macmillan.org.uk

Story

We are a group of 17 friends from a small town in South Wales. We are attempting to climb the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales, in 24 hours to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Macmillan Cancer Support were a charity close to the heart of our friends mum Becky, who sadly passed away earlier this year. We would really appreciate your donations and support for such a great cause.

There is quite a mix of athletic ability in the team. Some will require significant training to make it through this challenge. Some may breeze through. Stay tuned to the fundraising page where we will be giving updates during the challenge. Involved in the team are the following:

Alex Wolfenden, Ben Scott, Ben Sumpter, Ben Turner, Connor Stephens, Ewan Prosser, Gareth Meredith, Harry Purvis, Harry Summers, Jack Coles, Kallum Groves, Lewis Logan, Lewis Butler, Lewis Tucker, Liam Jones, Richard Roberts, Tom Keane.
