As you may or may not know our lovely nan Joyce had been battling against this awful disease for a number of years and lost her battle on 15th April 2020. My cousins lovely nan Doreen also suffered many years at the hands of this. So I am dusting off my cooking bowl, and whatever else I need to attempt to make cupcakes!
