Please help me to support Queenscourt's "To The Moon and Back" campaign.
September has always been a special month for the Daly family, 8th Sept is Hannahs birthday; 16th Sept this year is our 25th wedding anniversary and on the same day would have been my Dads 93rd birthday. Also 23rd Sept will now be a day we wish we did not have to remember as this will be Jeremys 1st anniversary 💔💔

A phrase that we always said to the girls was that we love you to the moon and back again. Today on 18th August on what is Jeremys 54th birthday and in thanks to the wonderful help and support given to Jeremy and our family by Queenscourt Hospice and all their fantastic and amazing staff, through our heartbreak, we want to honour Jeremy and raise as much as we can to support Queenscourt in this campaign. So throughout September girls and i have pledged to take part in this campaign. As Jeremy we love you to the moon and back again. Loved you yesterday, love you still, always have, always will.
