We are taking part in The 137 Challenge with ActionAid and completing 137 mixed situps for one month 💪

Why? One in three women will experience some form of violence in their lifetime, and globally 137 women are killed per day by a partner, family member or friend? But around the world, ActionAid are working with woman and girls are fighting to claim their rights and change the systems and beliefs that make violence acceptable.
