For more than 35 years St Lukes have been providing specialist end of life care and support to people from across Plymouth, South West Devon and East Cornwall, whether in the home, hospital or at their specialist unit at Turnchapel. The care and respect that they give to patients at the end of their life and to help them and the family cope is amazing.

A small team consisting of Linda, Eileen, Jo and Teresa will do the 10 mile walk to raise funds. Help us to support them as unfortunately life means that far too many of our loved ones will need their assistance at some point in their life.
