Thanks for supporting our fundraiser!

We’re doing this in memory of our dear friend Emma Woolley — quite simply one of the strongest women I have ever known, inside and out!

Philippa ( my gorgeous friend and now HYROX partner 😅) and I, along with 16 other Tropic pals of Emma’s, are coming together to honour her in the best way we know how: by grafting hard, laughing lots, and raising as much money as we can for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Last year, Emma competed in HYROX while undergoing treatment for stage 4 bowel cancer. Let that sink in.

If she could do that, then we can absolutely work our tushies off, push ourselves together, and make her proud. This feels like a small but meaningful way to give back, in her name.

Emma had a way with words, and one of her favourites was simply:

“Don’t be shit.” 😂

So… that’s the aim. Something we are very much striving not to be 🫣🤭
