We're taking part in the Alzheimer's Society Memory Walk for our Mom/ Nan, someone who meant the world to us. Seeing dementia take away pieces of the person you love is heartbreaking. The memories, conversations, and moments you once took for granted become even more precious. No family should have to watch a loved one fade away and feel powerless to stop it.

We're walking to honour our Mom/ Nan, to celebrate the memories we still hold close, and to help raise money for the millions of people affected by dementia.
