Adam and I are taking on the Vitality London 10,000 together to support Kith & Kids — a small charity that has been part of Adam’s life for many years. Adam will run supported by 2 wonderful volunteers, I will be trying to keep up and run alongside him with no support at all, other than sheer determination.

We’re also running in memory of Aidan, who was the same age as Adam and shared many years with him at Kith & Kids. He is very much in our thoughts, and it feels right to have him with us on this journey.

Kith & Kids gives Adam opportunities, friendships and the confidence to live more independently. Your support will help them continue their incredible work for autistic people and others with disabilities. Thank you.
