Double Trouble consists of me Leena and my wonderful friend Alison. We have been through the best of times together and also the saddest, when we have lost loved ones who have died by suicide. This is Paul, Mark and Tim. Time may pass but they are never far from our thoughts and always in our hearts.

Alison and I have trekked the foothills of the Himalayas together for charity so we should be able to walk 10 miles on the streets of London during the night of October 30th 2021.

Please dig deep and help this amazing cause of suicide prevention... and if you can't. All I ask is that you ask one another if they are ok. Give a few hugs too.
