Event: LOROS Firewalk, on 15 September 2021
Could you stand the heat for LOROS? For the first time ever, LOROS Hospice is giving supporters the chance to take part in a sponsored Fire Walk. No tricks, no special effects, just you and the fire.

Story

On Wednesday 15th September, Claire Aitchison, Gordon Docherty, Tory Regan, Leila O'shea, Pete Brash, Paul Garner and Tony Hammond will be walking barefoot through hot coals to raise money for the charity, LOROS.

LOROS, who provide free, high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill adult patients and their families, is hosting a ‘firewalk’ at the great central square, Leicester.

Claire Aitchison said: “I often think that at Druck we have to walk on water sometimes to achieve our goals. However, I’ve not tried walking through fire before! I can’t say that I’m relishing the prospect, but it’s for a fantastic cause and no doubt many of you will enjoy seeing Gordon and I get cooked! 😎 I’d encourage you all to get your managers signed up – and raise as much as we can!”

Please support the Druck volunteers in raising as much as we can for LOROS
