For 35 years, Children with Cancer UK has funded much needed research into the causes of childhood cancers, and the development of better, kinder treatments as well as funding initiatives that support children and their families through cancer treatment and beyond. Their work has contributed significantly to a marked increase in childhood cancer survival rates and improved quality of life for patients.

I have chosen to take on this massive challenge of ‘The Wall’… a 70 mile ultramarathon which has to be completed in under 26 hours.

Myself and my friend Serena have been training for months and we are now only 3 weeks away! It has been a tough journey but we have gone from not being able to walk 15 miles, before the aches and pains started, to completing a 52 mile ultra marathon last week, which included 2 peaks in the Yorkshire dales. And that’s just part of the training! I can safely say It was the hardest thing I have put my mind and body through. But it’s not stopping there!

The Wall…. Il be certainly hitting it a few times, I know that!!!

Raising money for this amazing charity, something close to my heart, will give me the push I need to keep going in those dark moments. So please please please help me to keep going and support this amazing and well needed charity.
