We are (drum roll...🥁)The DW Mighty walkers!

On 11 June 2022, we will be hiking a total of 26 miles across the South Downs, from the Racecourse in Brighton, through Woodingdean and Southease, then Alfriston and Burling Gap, finally ending with the scenic route along the Seven Sisters and Beachy Head, and finishing in Eastbourne.

In preparation for this epic hike, we have all done some practice walks on our own since the beginning of March. As our training distances increase; the date till the hike draws near. Whilst we are polishing our hiking shoes, we would appreciate all donations great or small!

Macmillian is a fantastic charity that does amazing things. They give people with cancer everything they’ve got - from specialist health care, information, financial support to social and emotional support, they aim to do whatever it takes to assist people in need.

In a further effort to make some pennies for Macmillan, there will be a Bake Sale 06 May 2022! All money will be added to the grand total we are hoping to fundraise.
