This year, six of us from Eastgate Engineering are taking on the Great North Run, and we’re doing it for a cause that means a lot to us - Miles for Men.

Miles for Men is a brilliant charity that supports families affected by cancer, and we’re proud to be running to raise awareness and funds for the work they do.

We’re not professional runners (far from it!), but we’re training hard and pushing ourselves to go the distance - one mile at a time. It’s going to be tough, but knowing it’s for such a good cause makes every early morning run and sore muscle worth it.
