Hi we are Bruno and Elana, and in April 2026, we will be running the Paris Marathon in memory of our grandmother, Nonna Maria, who lived with dementia. Watching her journey showed us the strength, warmth and love that endure even as memories fade.

We are running to support Dementia UK, a charity that provides vital care and advice to families affected by dementia through their specialist Admiral Nurses. Their work gives comfort and guidance to thousands of people navigating one of the hardest challenges any family can face.
