Release Ayrshire is a mens mental health charity based in Ayrshire. Set up in 2018, we have been campaigning to raise as much awareness to reduce the stigma around mens mental health as we possibly can.

We are now proud to be one of two charities in Scotland to work with SHOUT, our sms service is there to be used by anyone who may be struggling, no matter their age or sexuality.

Every penny raised from campaigning goes directly into our awareness campaigns and helps us fund free merchandise to give out for free to raise awareness of our service, to let people know it’s ok to not be ok and that support is only a message away.

This April, myself and William are taking part in The Kilt Walk 2026 with Release Ayrshire, an incredible charity who do amazing work and are very close to my heart! We are doing this in memory of Harper and Harlow’s daddy Scott Welsh💙
