Hi, me and my husband are taking part in this year's East Grinstead 10K on the 9th October. I am raising money for both Footsteps International, a charity I have supported for years and 4th East Grinstead Scouts.

Footsteps International provides food, shelter and education to the street children of Kenya.

My son's scout group has struggled for funds through the pandemic. They are all volunteers and provide fantastic activities and opportunities for young children.

I haven't run a 10K since having kids, but hopefully I will make it! Thanks for your support. Emily x
