Story
We’ve signed ourselves up for the challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon together in April 2026 (eek what have we done!!). It will be the longest we’ve ever run but we’re excited for the challenge and to set our mind towards a goal! Maybe a full marathon is on the cards but we’ll see how this one goes😅
We’re doing it all for an amazing charity, which we know will be the motivation to get us through any hard km’s! We’re raising money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, one that is close to our hearts.
Emily lost her mum to breast cancer in 2006, and wants to run in her memory but also to raise money for The Royal Marsden, who looked after her mum during her cancer treatment.
Warren lost his uncle to cancer last year and witnessed the cruel and unfair impact it has. Raising money for a charity that helps patients during treatment is close to our hearts.
The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. They ensure The Royal Marsden’s world-leading nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world.
From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, they will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
Thank you in advance for any donation, no matter how much, it’s really appreciated and we’re so grateful for the support!
