I am running and walking the Manchester 10k with my Mum and some friends with Down’s Syndrome to support Down's Syndrome Manchester. When I was little my Mum and Dad found it really helpful to get support and advice from other parents and carers. Now I am older I enjoy the social events Down’s Syndrome Manchester put on, which are great for people with Down’s Syndrome to meet friends.
