My team have agreed to support my recovery by helping me to improve my fitness, as such we are doing 1 million steps in June. So I'm fit enough for Gallbladder surgery in July/August.

I suffered from multiple organ failure due to pancreatitis in November and spent 3 months in hospital. I was one of the lucky ones, 25% of the people who get such complications die. Pancreatitis has no cure or treatment and affects people of all ages. We are therefore raising funds to help Guts UK, a small but mighty charity, to do research and raise awareness of this painful condition.
