5km Fundraiser for a New Eusebia Hope Centre Dormitory

Raising money for Eusebia Hope Foundation

In 2004 in Igoji, Kenya, midwife Eusebia Hope began cooking for street children, many orphaned due to HIV/AIDS. Her act of compassion became a lifeline. Though she died in 2013, her daughter Christine and trustees continue her work, giving over 50 vulnerable children food, care and hope.

Story

On March 1st, 20 Eusebia Hope Trustees, Volunteers & Supporters moved themselves (at varying paces!) 5km to raise funds for a new dormitory for the 50 children in our care. This will replace a now very shabby tin building, improving all round health and wellbeing.

If you are able to support these brave souls, please dig deep and help us build a safe and comfortable sleeping space.

Thank you Christine, Samantha & Natasha Black & friends, Susie & Imo Brain, Gary, Louise & Ava Dubell, Tim, Charlotte, Cesca & Alfred Dunn, Fi & David Fogelman, Lucia Hawley, Clare Khan, Jenn Mahon, Tunde & Emma Modra Swain & Leila, Lynne Norris, Alison Park, Zory Radney-Florian, Deborah Sherry, Alice Stuart & Rebecca Townsend!

So every penny goes to the children who need it, you might want to custom set the justgiving donation fee rather than letting it default. Email the charity directly on eusebiahope@gmail.com if you plan a larger donation and want to ensure it's cost effective.
