Our good friends Danni and Gary, and their beautiful baby Billie have been looked after by the Evelina’s Childrens Hospital since 2023.
Billies entire life so far has been spent so far at Hospital in St Thomas’s and then at Evelina. The amazing support and help from the Evelina Hospital has been pivotal in supporting Billie, and finally getting her closer to going home with her Mummy, Daddy and family.
This charity has been absolutely incredible with their continued support and everything they’ve done for Billie, Danni, Gary and their family; and I want to show a little support by running for this charity with a team of like minded crazy friends and raise some money along the way.
Dannii's story:
“As most of you will be aware, Gary and I have been living in London since December 2023. Our daughter Billie was born 13 weeks premature in November 2023 and was transferred to The Evelina Children’s Hospital in December for an emergency bowel operation. This operation ultimately saved her life, along multiple others since we have been her.We never imagined we would still be living in London and had hoped that we would be home together by now. Without the Evelina, our beautiful daughter would no longer be here and I can’t thank them enough for the love and care they have shown.”
A little about Evelina:
Every year more than 103,000 children and young people experience the wonderful warmth of Evelina London. which is part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. They see first-hand the care and passion of the Evelina London team who are exploring new approaches and creating ground-breaking care for children and young people.

£100 could help the team put together amazing rucksacks full of distraction toys for every ward and department.
£350 could buy even more DVD players with headphones and give every child the chance to escape into their favourite film.
