Raising money for Prostate Scotland

Prostate Scotland aims to inform, support, campaign and advance on prostate disease in Scotland. We raise awareness and provide information about prostate cancer and disease and its treatments. We also promote research and treatment developments on prostate issues across Scotland.

Story

As most of you know i was diagnosed with prostate cancer and underwent a radical prostectomy in 2019. After receiving outstanding care in ward 209 ARI and through the support of the team at UCAN, I live to tell the tale. So many men do not get that opportunity. In September along with my son Mark and his friend Tim we will be taking on the task of hiking to Mount Everest base camp. We want to take this opportunity to raise vital funds to help with prostate cancer research. This trip is self funded so every penny that you donate will go straight to charity. Every penny helps no matter how big or small. All pennies make pounds. Please consider donating and help fund some vital research so all the men in our lives have a fighting chance when faced with prostate cancer.
