I am 55. Right NOW in March I am aiming to do 5 x 5k runs a week. Each week I shall challenge 5 x friends to do the same. Let's see where this goes. Hoping to get people from other countries doing this as well - you know you you are!!

Are YOU in? You get to feel good and help others get back to work. Adults who attend Boaz often have a learning disability and are denied access to meaningful work. Thanks to you, they get to return to a beautiful farm setting, and can start back working and learning together with a wonderful group of volunteers.
