The Trustees are getting stuck in and taking part in Friends and Families 24/7 Advent Challenge!

We will each be walking a minimum of 7,000 steps a day, every day for the 24 days of Advent - easier said than done, when you're in lockdown!

The money we raise will help Friends and Families continue to provide vital advice, support and training to parents of children living with disabilities; to host great activities that can be accessed by all members of the family; to give young carers the opportunity to have fun, some time to themselves and to focus on just being children.
