This year myself and a few family members have been successful in gaining a spot to run the Supernova Forth Road Bridge. 2024 marks the first year of this unique experience, taking in the beautiful sights as we walk, jog or run across a glowing Forth Road Bridge.

Carers of West Lothian is a well-established charity offering a range of services developed to meet the needs of unpaid carers and disabled people in West Lothian.

It was established by by a small group of people, themselves carers, who recognised the need carers had for information and support. They were concerned about the lack of support in West Lothian and used their own experience to set up a service to support carers like themselves.

CoWL is an organisation I have recently started receiving support from as I navigate my own caring responsibilities, and I'm hoping to share more of my experience soon!

In 2025 they will celebrate 35 years of helping every unpaid carer and disabled person in West Lothian to live their lives the way they choose.
