Kate, Flo (age too old to mention!), Etienne (14) and Isaac (12) are taking part in this year's 13-mile stroll as part of Edinburgh's Kiltwalk. We've told the kids it's a short 10-mile walk and hope the buzz of the crowd will keep their feet moving the last few miles - all in aid of ELCAP.

ELCAP is an amazing East Lothian charity that lovingly supports local people with physical and mental challenges to live an independent life. Kate's a board member and has twisted the arm of the family to give something back to this charity.
