Feeding a fasting family this Ramadan

I NEED YOUR HELP URGENTLY!

One in every nine people will go to bed hungry this Ramadan. That’s over 820 million people who don’t have enough food to eat, and that’s before we consider the current food scarcity hitting people across the globe.

To a hungry family struggling to find food for iftar, one simple donation can be a lifeline. Now is the time to give.

One donation of £70 can make a difference to a family in Bangladesh, Lebanon, Iraq, Pakistan, Palestine, Somalia, Syria, Turkey or Yemen.

Each parcel is tailored to the local country and dietary needs, but on average they contain 50 kilograms of nutritious food and will provide a family of five to seven for the whole month with enough essential and nutritious food such as:

Rice

Sugar

Flour

Chickpeas

Lentils

Tea bags

Milk powder

Pasta

5 litres of oil

“Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast, shall have his sins forgiven, and he will be saved from the Fire of Hell, and he shall have the same reward as the fasting person, without his reward being diminished at all." (Ibn Khuzaymah)

How can you make a difference:

£70 will provide 1 family with a food parcel for the entire month.

£140 will provide 2 families with food parcels for the entire month.

£210 will provide 3 families with food parcels for the entire month.

Now is the Time to Give!

May Allah reward you abundantly!
