F’Heads are a team of middle aged men who should know better taking on Race the Sun Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) for children's charity Action Medical Research.

In June we will once again be setting off at sunrise to bike, hike and paddle around a challenging course in a race against the sun. All in aid of a wonderful children's charity to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children, and young people.

Aim this year is to finish in the top 5 teams in under 7 hours 30 minutes through suboptimal preparation and lots of ibuprofen. Thank you so much for your support!
