We are Fit Ayrshire Dads, a huge community for men who love to take part in events throughout our year that can make a difference to others.

This year we are back taking on the 23 mile Kiltwalk and raising money for the wonderful Ayrshire based charity Whiteleys Retreat which does amazing work for young children and their families.
