Story
This October, Rocco and I will be taking part in 120km in 31days to raise money for Alder Hey, a hospital that means the world to us. 🩵
Last year, our family was devastated when a member of our family was seriously injured in the Southport knife attack. She was airlifted to Alder Hey with over thirty stab wounds, arriving as a code red, major haemorrhage case.
Despite being so young, she has shown courage and determination far beyond her years. Over the past twelve months, she has already raised more than £25,000 for Alder Hey with the support of family and friends , through bracelets, golf days, abseils and more. She inspires us every single day with her strength and her passion to give back.
Now, she is determined to push that total past £30,000 to help Alder Hey fund a best-in-class CT Scanner — technology that will speed up diagnosis and save countless children’s lives when every second matters.
We couldn’t be prouder of her, and we are honoured to stand beside her on this journey. Taking on this challenge is our way of saying thank you to Alder Hey because without them, and the incredible equipment funded by donations, she simply wouldn’t be here today.
✨ Every donation, no matter the size, helps Alder Hey continue their lifesaving work. Please support us if you can, together, we can help her reach her goal and give more children the chance to survive and thrive.
We will forever be grateful to Alder Hey Hospital 🐘🩵
