The Friends of the Sierra Leone National Railway Museum is working with museum staff and community stakeholders to deliver an exciting education programme to inspire young people in the conservation of their heritage and culture. We support a vibrant education programme at the railway museum in Freetown and School Heritage Clubs at locations situated along the former railway lines in the provinces. Our project seeks funding to help supply tools and materials to enable the young people to form their clubs and to deliver practical and enjoyable projects and to showcase them in their communities and in the Sierra Leone National Railway Museum.
