We are taking part in the University of Sheffield’s Big Week to fundraise for Parkinson’s disease research. Together with the rest of the University of Sheffield community, we will be contributing towards a 50,000 km movement target. This target has been chosen because it has now been more than 50 years since the last big breakthrough in Parkinson’s research - a statistic we hope will change soon thanks to research at the University of Sheffield.
