On 4th July, the four of us (brothers) will be taking on the Peak Ultra 50km — a brutal challenge through the Peaks, and easily the toughest thing we’ve ever done.

But we’re not doing it just for the medal.

We’re running to raise money for a charity that means a huge amount to us:

❤️ St Micheals Hospice

As some of you may know a very good friend of mine and running partner recently died aged just 47. Craig was a fit healthy man with two young children. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer without warning and very quickly deteriorated. In his final few days he was helped immensely by st Michael's hospice. Sadly this was not the first time he'd dealt with them. Only a few years ago his wife lisa died of cancer there and he completed the Brighton marathon with myself to raise funds after her passing.

I can't do much to help Craig now but I can do something to raise money for a charity close to his heart and one that does a great deal for people in the worst moments of their lives.
