Its really easy and fun to take part in: For all ages!!

Pick a date to start and finish your Rainbow Rambles..

Over 7 days choose a different colour of the rainbow to look for whilst out walking/running and either take a photo or write a list of the objects you have seen in that day's particular colour. So on your red day you might see a red flower, a red car, a red pair of shoes...

Even if its wearing a different colour top of the rainbow for dinner each night!

Children might also like to dress in the colour of the day or as their favourite super hero!

Ask everyone you know to sponsor you including family, friends and local businesses.

Why not make this activity even more exciting and set a target of how many objects you have to identify in your colour for the day, or the distance you are going to walk (or even run if you're feeling energetic)?

You could also challenge your friends or colleagues to get involved in Rainbow Rambles too and compare what you found - who found the most items or the most unusual?

By taking part you will be supporting the staff and patients in both the hospitals, now and in the future.

Upload photos of who will be taking part and keep everyone updated with photos of how you are doing.

Tell as many people as you can and share what you are doing on social media -remember to tag the hospital charity too!

Maybe record a video to ask people to support you then share via social media.

Those who cant part take, can still donate!
