Hi! 👋 We are Istvan and Kate and we are running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 1st Ocotber 2023 to support Barnados, a charity who help so many families across the UK.

We are proud to work for National Gas in the Capacity team; hence our team name “Full Capacity”. Our aim is to raise lots of money for Barnado’s as we have has first hand feedback of how our company is supporting and protecting young people in need.

We are new and keen runners and hope to inspire others to put on their trainers and find a love of all things running! 👟
