Hi everyone, our ISSL team are taking part again in this years Bikes Boats Boots 2025 to support Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw. Jigsaw our local Cumbrian children's hospice looked after my baby nephew Gabriel and supported my brother and his partner. The staff are very caring and do lots of great work.

BIKES - we will cycle a total of 34km (20 miles) of undulating elevation around Dockray, Dacre and along the edge of the stunning shores of Ullswater.

BOATS - we will grab a paddle and canoe a 3km (2 mile) route on stunning Ullswater. It will take teamwork to complete this element, as you paddle as part of two connected canoe boats, creating a stable craft to keep your team together.

BOOTS - We will trek to the summit of the third highest peak in England (elevation of 1031m), the magnificent Helvellyn. A 17km (10.5 miles) round trip will reward you with incredible views across the Lake District to take in your achievement.
