will be taking on many challenges like hyrox pro Cardiff, born survivor, lfc Absailing, 53 mile bike ride, ultimate athlete, woman’s 10k Sefton, duathlon, sf training camp, and top it off with Santa dash.

5k bike ride, womans 5 k Sefton and to top it off Santa dash.

So a very busy year for us and we are happy that we have chose this charity.
